Meditation
Throughout recorded world history,
all religious traditions, wisdom schools and sages have taught that going within and meditating
unlocks the greater dimensions of our being...allowing us to experience
Truth.
Today, meditation is both an ancient
spiritual practice and a scientifically- researched, contemporary
mind-body technique with tremendous health benefits -- acknowledged and
encouraged by the medical field.
Meditation -- here broadly defined as
any process that helps us turn within, quiet our bodies and minds,
allowing us to enter a transcendent silence and directly experience a
greater divine reality-- is essential in the journey of Becoming Divinely
Human.
Without some form
of a meditation practice, we will stay outer-directed, confused and deluded about
who we really are.
With so many meditation techniques and concepts available, it can be
confusing to know where to start.
